Find your new home at Brittany Downs Apartments. We offer inviting one and two bedroom apartments and townhomes, with many great features! We proudly offer a picnic area with BBQ grills, 24-hour maintenance services, and a 24-hour on-site courtesy officer. We partner with Flex to offer flex payments with positive credit reporting to all residents.

 

Brittany Downs Apartments is located in Aiken, with easy access to Target, Publix Shopping Center, Regal Cinemas Aiken Mall 8, Outback Steakhouse, Longhorn Steakhouse, Chili's, and Cracker Barrel. We are situated in the Aiken County School District, near many area schools and employers, including University of South Carolina Aiken, Aiken Technical College, Savannah River Site, Aiken Regional Medical Center, AGY, Bridgestone, and UPS Customer Center. With our convenient location just minutes from Whiskey Road and Highway 78, getting around the city is a breeze!
